Blue Recruitment Personnel are now looking for Recruitment Sales Consultants to join a fast-growing team operating nationwide specialised in Hospitality & Logistics Recruitment.
You will be responsible for proactively looking for new business opportunities.
Recruitment Sales experience would be essential.
Graduates and individuals with Sales & customer service experience will be considered too.
This role is based on commission only for the first 12 weeks and it is not office based , therefore you can work from home, depending on your own availability.
After this period, a basic salary will be included, based on the results.
You will need to build up good relationships with your clients by providing quality candidates for their business so they always return to you for repeat business.
Your main focus will be to find and bring in new active clients for the business.
- Identifying new sales leads
- Pitching products and/or services
- Maintaining fruitful relationships with new customers.
When it comes to generating leads, day-to-day duties typically include:
Researching organizations and individuals online (especially on social media) to identify new leads and potential new markets
Researching the needs of other companies and learning who makes decisions about purchasing
Contacting potential clients via email or phone to establish rapport and set up meetings
Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives.
When it comes to the challenge of selling, other typical duties may include:
Preparing PowerPoint presentations and sales displays
Developing quotes and proposals
Negotiating the business opportunities by phone, email and in person when necessary.
